All purchases made through Buy Your Time are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items — including apparel, hats, or accessories — due to size, fit, or change of mind.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team at support@buyyourtime.co within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a replacement or store credit:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
A brief description and photo evidence of the issue must be provided. If the defect or fulfillment error is verified, we will replace the item at our discretion.
If the exact style or size is unavailable, we may issue store credit for the original purchase amount.
